Today for Women’s Month, we will be honoring Beyoncé, an award winning, world touring, American musician. Where do you begin with such an ICON?
Beyoncé started out with singing and song writing at a very young age. Born in Houston, Texas, she often performed for family members or anyone that would watch which would land her on many scout shows performing with friends, and later group members, Kelly Rowland, LaTavia Robinson, and Letoya Luckett. Destiny’s Child would later form and take over the music scene in the 1990s and 2000s with Beyoncé singing lead. Destiny’s Child would stay together, with some member changes ....
... until 2003 when Beyoncé debuted as a solo artist.
It literally has been history since then.
Beyoncé has now created 6 studio albums, starred and acted in over 4 films, toured the world twice over, married one of Hip Hop’s top legendary Rappers, became a mom, broken the Internet several times, made many record sales and chart hitting records, anything you can basically think of she has done! Along with all these musical and other accomplishments, she has managed to stay under radar with her activism and contributing back to the community. She has also made a few documentaries surrounding her motherhood and visual albums. The only thing next to ask for this star is what can she do next? …
Besides carry twins and manage to perform at the Grammy Awards at the same time.
